Once you've made your sketchbook, take it outside to your backyard, or on a trip to the park and fill it up with all the fun things you've seen and done! It's amazing what's around you when you look! Tip: You can also add pages of your favourite blank or coloured paper, paper bags, envelopes, baking paper or magazine pages to make a bigger sketchbook.

How to make your own sketchbook

What you’ll need:

  • Copies of this template printed onto A4 paper
  • Scissors
  • Stapler
  • Glue
  • Your imagination!

To Make: 

Step 1.
Carefully cut out your pages for your sketchbook by cutting around the dashed lines on the template.

Step 2.
Place all your pages together in any order you choose. Fold your pages in half and staple in the middle.

Step 3.
Place the cover page on the outside of your book so that it's facing out.

Step 4.
Cut out the activity cards and paste a different activity on each page of your book.
