Step inside INVESTIGATE, an immersive marine science experience designed to educate, engage, and inspire. Housed in a repurposed six-metre shipping container, mirroring the modular laboratories found aboard the CSIRO research vessel (RV) Investigator, this mobile exhibition offers a rare window into Australia’s vast marine estate.

Visitors can choose from four video packages, each running for approximately five minutes. These segments dive into the fascinating worlds of oceanographic research, seafloor mapping, and marine biology, while also showcasing the advanced technical capabilities of the ship itself. Whether you are interested in the mysteries of the abyss or the technology used to map the ocean floor, INVESTIGATE offers a unique, deep-sea perspective for all ages.

Self-guided experience (recommended 4 people at a time).
