Celebrate Mabo Day in 2026, by joining Brian Robinson, a Torres Strait Islander artist, who creates exciting, modern, relatable art. Brian’s work spans woven animals, lino prints featuring Lego, and traditional canoe interpretations with jet packs! His work is sure to inspire young artists, as we find out about his creative process, and how his life affects the art he creates. This workshop involves a hands-on component, and a chance to ask questions throughout!

To participate in this session, each student will need:

  • 2 x strips of paper in two different colours. The strips need to be approximately 1 cm x 30 cm

This session will start at 10am for all states observing Australian Eastern Standard Time (NSW, ACT, Qld, Vic & Tas), 9.30am for Schools in SA and NT and 8am for WA. Please note that this webinar will be recorded and available for all participants who have registered.
