Program structure
Students are introduced to the 18th century world of exploration through a guided tour of the vessel. They explore both above and below decks, from bow to stern. They learn about life on board for the crew, marines, officers and gentlemen by viewing different parts of the ship including Cook's cabin.
This tour does involve some bending and climbing up and down companionways (small access ladders between decks). Appropriate flat shoes are required. No high heels allowed.
