A solicitor by profession, he has a passionate interest in motor boating which he has enjoyed on Sydney harbour for over 60 years. John Barbouttis is the current Commodore of the Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW, where he has been on the Board and an office holder for the last 22 years. John’s family arrived in Sydney by ship from Greece and his father and grandparents are registered on the National Monument to Migration.
