To confirm your registration you'll need to enter the following details:
- Your confirmation code (this is the first 8 characters of your original reference code).
- Your surname (name of the person whom registered the inscription)
- The date of birth of the person(s) you registered.
Once you have entered the above, press the confirm button and a new screen will appear requesting you create your own unique password.
If you do not have a confirmation code or the registration occurred prior to 2019, you will need to contact our team at nationalmonument@sea.museum or by calling (02) 9298 3777 to verify your details.
Before contacting us you will need the following details:
- Name of the person listed on the Welcome Wall
- Your surname (name of the person whom registered the inscription)
- The date of birth of the person(s) you registered
When we have confirmed your registration, we will send your confirmation code via email.
