Beneath the Surface

Enjoy monthly talks by the museum's Knowledge team and their guests

Beneath the Surface is our monthly talk series hosted by the museum’s Knowledge team and their guests.

Go beneath the surface and behind the scenes with museum curators and conservators to find out more about current exhibitions, research projects and collections. In an effort to share content with both national and local audiences, some talks will be delivered online and some onsite. Onsite talks are shared via social media to ensure national audiences don’t miss out. The Beneath the Surface program is offered free of charge to the public, although museum members receive first dibs on bookings! Please see below for information on our upcoming talks and onsite tours.
